Overweight containers cannot be lifted directly from the side of the ship. After obtaining the consent of the department leaders and the operation department, arrange to unload them to the front of the wharf;

3: For the overweight boxes of imported Houses directly lifted by the ship, the operation department will notify the trailer in advance to stand by at the front of the wharf according to the loading and unloading progress; At the same time, the on-duty supervisor or the on-duty team leader should go to the scene to direct the operation;

4: After the imported housing container is released, the trailer shall be dispatched to the billing department with the bill of lading stamped with the customs seal, and the operation department shall dispatch the bill with the seal of the billing department, and reasonably arrange the machine to carry out the container lifting operation. At the same time, the supervisor on duty or The on-duty team leader should go to the scene to direct the operation; the owner (or trailer) of imported overweight housing boxes should complete the dispatch procedures before unloading the ship;

Housing container export operation process:

1. The shipping company or its agent will apply to the operation department for the list of housing boxes (including size, box type, weight, etc.) to be exported. Housing boxes; for overweight boxes, the approval of the technical department and department leaders should be obtained, and the shipping company or agent should be directly loaded on the side of the ship;

2. After obtaining the consent of the operation department, the shipping company and the agent should attach the export housing box list (including size, box type, weight, etc.) when applying for a berth to the operation department, and copy the export housing box list to the plan division;

3. Before the export housing container enters the port, the trailer shall notify the operation department and the inspection bridge in advance. For super-high or super-wide containers, the inspection bridge shall guide the trailer to enter the port area from the 3# door trolley channel; at the same time, notify the trailer to the designation arranged by the planning department Dedicated yard unloading for house boxes;

4. When the export housing container enters the port, the inspection bridge should check whether the contact part between the cargo binding belt and the container body uses a shackle. For the export housing container that has not been bound with a shackle, the trailer should be required to be re-lashed before allowing it to enter the port area;

5. For the house boxes directly loaded on the side of the ship, the trailer should go to the designated bridge crane or stand by at the front of the wharf according to the time arranged by the operation department;

6. For export overweight housing boxes that cannot be directly loaded on the side of the ship, after obtaining the consent of the department leader and the operation department, the inspection bridge will notify the trailer to unload the box at the front of the wharf;

7. For the export housing boxes that need wire rope auxiliary operations, the operation department should prepare tools such as wire ropes in advance when arranging unloading boxes, and the supervisor or team leader on duty should go to the site to direct the operation;

8. For export housing containers, the shipping company or its agent should make additional remarks in the pre-arrangement list provided to the Planning Section. You must learn it well so that you can deal with it later in foreign trade exports!
